The My Evli online service has recently been updated to improve the customer experience. A dedicated section for customer messages has been added, making it easier than ever to contact Evli. In addition, the Wealth report is now available as often as you need it.

 

The Messages section within My Evli features messages and announcements related to the client’s own account. Important announcements are stored in the message archive. The Messages section also allows clients to easily contact their own contact person at Evli and send documents to Evli in a secure manner.

The Messages section can be found on the left-hand side of My Evli on desktops and at the bottom of the page on mobile devices. The client is notified by text message or email when there is a new message in My Evli.

Wealth report for the selected period

Wealth and Annual reports are available in My Evli whenever you need them, but the Wealth reports are no longer produced unnecessarily on behalf of the client. Clients can create a Wealth report in My Evli for the period of their choice, according to their needs. The report is available on a one-off basis or can be subscribed to on a recurring basis. Reports can be created in My Evli under Assets > Reports by selecting "Add". The completed reports can be found in the Reports section.

The Annual report for the full calendar year, the semi-annual ESG report, and the annual regulatory Cost report and Report on the sustainability characteristics of the asset management portfolio will continue to be automatically created for customers in the Reports section of My Evli.

Versatile service in My Evli

We are constantly developing the My Evli online service. Currently, My Evli offers, among others, the following services:

  • a comprehensive reporting service covering investments, return history and transactions, as well as unit-linked insurance and capital redemption agreements
  • a trading service for Evli’s funds
  • trading services for domestic and international equities and listed mutual funds
  • the easy-to-use Evli Digital electronic wealth management service
  • a wealth report for the selected period
  • a mobile app for Apple and Android phones.
