Evli Fund Management Company Ltd has decided to introduce a subscription fee of two percent (2%) for the Evli Emerging Frontier Fund as of February 10, 2025. The purpose of the fee is to ensure that the fund can continue to pursue its successful investment strategy and that the fund’s return target remains high.
If an order is placed for a certain amount, the fee will be deducted from the subscription amount. If the order is for a number of units, the client will be charged the fee in addition to the subscription amount corresponding to the number of units.
The introduction of the subscription fee will apply to all unit series in the fund:

The change will apply to all unit holders and will not require any action by unit holders. Evli Fund Management Company reserves the right not to charge a subscription fee from certain categories of clients, taking into account the equality of the unit holders.
