The transaction marks Sitowise’s fourth acquisition in Sweden after entering the Swedish market in 2019. Evli also advised Sitowise on its acquisition of TFIP in November 2020.

The company utilizes thorough technical expertise and innovative procedures to create innovative solutions for a modern and safe infrastructure. TFIP employs circa 70 experts.
