The provider of zero-emission energy solutions Enersense transferred from Nasdaq First North GM to the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki on 14 June 2021. Evli advised Enersense on the preparations for the transfer.
In connection with transferring to the official list, Enersense raised a total of EUR 31 million through directed share issues. Evli acted as lead manager in the share issues. In March 2021 Enersense received a major new shareholder Nidoco AB through a directed share issue. Additionally, Enersense announced on 22 June 2021 the result of the share issue directed to institutional investors, the public and personnel, whereby the company raised approximately EUR 16 million new equity.
