Evli Bank has achieved excellent results in its employee survey which was carried out at the end of year 2018. Hence, Evli is one of Finland's most inspiring workplaces in 2018.

Finland’s most inspiring workplaces acknowledgement is granted for the Finnish companies reaching the best results in the PeoplePower® employee survey carried out by Corporate Spirit. Hundreds of Finnish companies participate in the survey each year.

The most inspiring workplaces acknowledgement shows that Evli has invested in developing its operations by listening to employees’ opinions about issues that are important to the company. The employees are inspired, motivated and committed to work towards the company’s goals and business success.

"In an inspiring workplace, people want to do their very best, develop with the company and be innovative."

Work satisfaction is at a very high level at Evli and the participation rate was high. 91.9 percent of the employees participated in the survey. Based on the results, Evli has been successful in the efficiency of decision-making, developing workplace wellbeing and enhancing internal flow of information. In the PeoplePower® classification, Evli got AA+, which is the second-best rating. The PeoplePower® index for overall work satisfaction was 77.9 at Evli, which clearly exceeds Finnish expert standard (70.2). The PeoplePower® index is an indicator used by Corporate Spirit to measure, among other things, commitment, leadership and performance.

"In an inspiring workplace, people want to do their very best, develop with the company and be innovative. The results show that Evli has succeeded in developing its operations together with its personnel. We are very pleased with the results and we thank our employees for a great achievement and enthusiasm," Mari Etholén, Evli Bank’s Head of Legal Affairs and Human Resources, comments on the survey results.
