Proposal of Evli funds’ dividend distribution

The Annual General Meeting decides on the dividends to be distributed. The dividends for Evli mutual funds’ distribution unit series are disbursed and withdrawn from the values of the A, IA and CA unit series on March 10, 2022, and is expected to be paid to the unit holders’ bank accounts in Evli Bank on March 17, 2022. The dividends will be paid to unit holders in accordance with the fund unit holder register as of March 9, 2022.

The dividends for the QA and QIA unit series are paid out in four installments, all of equal size in euro terms. The dividends are disbursed and withdrawn from the unit series’ values on March 10, June 10, September 12 and December 12, 2022, and the dividends will be paid to the unit holders’ bank accounts in Evli Bank within approximately one week from the distribution date. The dividends will be paid to holders of distribution units in accordance with the fund unit holder register as of the day prior to the distribution date.

In addition, the dividends of non-UCITS fund Evli Rental Yield A will be paid to the unit holders’ bank accounts in Evli Bank on March 23, 2022.
